Non-Refundable Items
• Personalized or Customized Items: Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any personalized or custom-made products. Please double-check all details (e.g., names, dates, colors, and designs) before finalizing your order.
Refund Eligibility
For non-customized items, refunds are available under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• A description of the issue.
• Photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or store credit.
