Non-Refundable Items

 Personalized or Customized Items: Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any personalized or custom-made products. Please double-check all details (e.g., names, dates, colors, and designs) before finalizing your order.


Refund Eligibility

For non-customized items, refunds are available under the following conditions:

 The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

 Proof of purchase is required.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

 A description of the issue.

 Photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging.


We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or store credit.


How to Request a Refund

Return Shipping

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

 Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
