Only need 1 custom shirt?  Great!  I've got you covered.  I have no minimum order requirement, unique for a screenprinting shop.  Same quality.  Small quantity shirt orders could take slightly longer depending on stock on hand, but I'll be sure to communicate with you what to expect.
